Aye well I'm not exactly a patient person, so she opened them for me and took pictures. (And uhh yes that's a brigth red carpet in "my" room - well it's not really mine anymore there is just a lot of my things there)

an unproductive week

I didn't do any sewing - I went a whole week without touching fabric - well it was the first week of classes so I guess that's ok. My classes are probably irrelevant to the general audience. So what else did I do to keep me from sewing.
Well I did some ballett - though I look much less graceful than the young Ladies on the picture - but it was interessting to do something that didn't involve running or a ball or any other major sources of injuries.

Then some singing - I'm really really really overjoyed that I didn't have to audition for the Choir. auditioning is a major put off for me. The choir has the healthy attitude - if you join then you probably know what you are doing. So I'm in the soprano rehearsing Haydn's Creation.

Ahh yes - I couldn't quite resist a sport with running, a ball and likely injuries - well I chose the "light" version. Flag Football you don't actually have to throw yourself on someone to stop them you just have to catch a "Flag" (the red and then yellow bands around the waist). Now I just need to learn all those names - Quarter Bakc, Receiver, tight right, slot left - well I guess you know all about it. But for me that's complete gibberish - fun gibberish though.

That being said I had some majorly sour muscles today - and couldn't really move so I read a lot - but maybe my shoulders and arms won't be complaining that much anymore tomorrow and I will be able to cut some fabric. Celebrate Sunday with some sewing. On another note - it's cold again, Temps dropped below 10°C so not fair.

200 and nothing special
You know there should be some programming on blogger that sends you a card or so for "round" numbers of posts - yes and a birhtday banner would be nice too, well seems as usual we have to do all on our own.
I never woudl have thought I made it this long in blogworld - and have soem people that seem to actually be reading (well ok I know they do) what I write. Last week I said I would do a give away but well I'm not really good at those kind of things. And can never think of something to give away.
So for the moment you will have to do with a few nice pictures of this weekends catch-up sewing. Yes the first one needs trimming, the second is a tad boring, the blue one I'm undecided the rainbow one I love:
Hmm yeah that'S it - I still need to take pictures of the other two bee blocks, but my SD-card was full so I need to give i a thorough clean-out and order processing first.
Oh and amazing news - it's sunny. Yes I have been seeing the sun for more tha 3 hours today and it's actually warm enough to leave the window open (if you sit in the sunny spot and leave your sweater on). But hey it's sunny!

almost 200
I just realised that I have almost reached the 200st post - now if I had a sponsor they would probably hand over something nice to have a give away. But yeah I sponsor myself - so I will wait until I figure something out to write the next post.
I had a lovely easter time at home - I even did some sewing, but do you think I remembered to take pictures?
I got rid of our cherry tree though - and dug out that old windowsill - and just left it there until "someone" finds the will to place it as path for picking raspberries.
As far as my plan goes - this is going to be my new sewing place, there is just the tiny problem that I'm too scared to fill the rack with fabric - because it might be a little to heavy for my DIY-rack and the hangers. Well I won't risk it - time will tell what things end up in it.
I finished putting my name on the lists for the lectures - let's hope I get in everywhere. So now I have time to start on my "I moved - here is my new address"-mailing, unorganised as I am I still remembered to get stamps after registering at the town - that makes my now an official resident of "Rhineland-Palatinate" (I wonder how you pronounce that one).
UDATE: I just realised I'm never ever going to be a fan of Hershey's Milk chocolate.
