Help!?!

I havent come across that problem before ... but there is always someone out there who has come across the same problem too, so I'm counting on your abilities to solve problems.

there is too much fabric - next time I hand quilt I know it

Any ideas what I should do? evenly space the wrinkles while sewing down the binding? ahh I don't know but I'm frustrated (and mad at me for not seeing that while quitling)

And I made the first block for the Beginner's Quilt Along

  1. OMG. I feel for you. Unfortunately, I have no solutions to offer. Somehow you'll have to try to hide it. It's called fudge factor. Or an intentional error so as not to be perfect because only God is perfect. Whatever explanation works for you.

  2. What if you did a texture quilting in that section. --- I don't know how to explain it other than like little pin tucks or pleats like on the front of a little girl's dress. I think it would work and it might look really cool! Hope that helps!
